DN 3500$ who is settling who is going to court

In my case I am thinking to settle even though I think they don't have enought prove. But just with the hasel to go to court hire a layer( iam not sure even if I need one) and if they have a case it a risk to pay more money. It could be a bluff but that why we need for the people who ignor the Letter to know what is there plan and for who want to settle why?

What i saw on records only 12 ppl ever went to court some paid some paid nothing it cost them alot of $ to take it to court and with what they have is all public record.sometime i think this is all a fix racket.
