hd power supply

Hi, i change 2 bulge capacitors but seem to have a faulty IC1 on board. I am looking for the schematic of this power supply or info. on how to proceed to fix this. WWW seem to have no info. available on fixing or replacing this power supply. Could some-one help me out...

If I remember there are more than 2 capacitors, I would change them all and see what happens! 4700 ohm
