Reloading new Bins

After experencing some bad freezing with IKs , It was suggest that I reload new bins, so I reload 1.06 factory bin, and the lastest r27 bin for 3 south birds, 110,119,129 Now I notice that the tradition brown and gold skin on setup has change to a blue with white lettering ! Is that normal. Secondlyl I cannot seem to scan anything , I tried my old settings from before, .. As I keep switching I watch for signal strength on bottom bars , with out luck..Just wondering what the DISEq mode and DISEq option settings you guys running? thks

Figured out what I was doing...I was just loading thef27 update bin not the complete bin...that brought me back to my original picture setup skin.

Ok I did a complete change out,, latest factory file 1.016, f27bin for south birds 110,119,129 ,,rescanned ,got all channels,, I use NF wizard for new network settings. Rebooted ,,,sound no picture!! Suns disconnected NOI and Recvr are not communicating for some reason...!!

ou can change the colour from blue to brown in the setup. Switch setting will need to match your setup....

You need to get the network back to what you had to get it working. You didn't need to change anything but the NFusion. Your PC should have been fine. Network wizard may have fraked your PC network setting. Check that 1st. Make sure correct 2nd IP for the 27 bin. When that is checked and correct, reboot the PC to make sure all the network changes take. Now goto NFusion. Make sure network settings are exactly what they were B4 you reloaded your bins. There is a testing wizard listed in the files section that will tell you if your NFusion settings are working on your network. I would use that and make sure NFusion network setting are ok. Please, once you get it all back to working MARK DOWN ALL THE SETTINGS. Save the settings in case you do this again some time.

Change everything back to previous setting after factory default and loaded r27f bin ,,cpu is pinging recvr..but now I,m having trouble loading antenna setings to scan channels again ,,can't get signal bars on any setting!,,, What DISEq mode/option settings are you using? It's been along time since I screwed with setting,,s LOL... thks for y'r help:noidea:

Got it going finally,,, I did a hard reboot and then I got signal.. Did a scan of 110,119,129,, seems like I have a few hd's still showing "no or bad signal", Instead of scanning , can I just load the TP-03282011.bin would that load all channels??? running just standard LNB with 4 in 1 diseq switch.thks

Got most of channels back after loading tp-03282011 - hard reboot- and got proper setting on antenna with good signals and rescanned...
couple channels still missing and I noticed on NOI that channel blinks red once in a while... Is that server issue???

Also I do not have the active PPV,s that my server provides 527-537 or so... umh. I scanned twice no change! I used TP-03282011bin for rescan..ideas?

Find out which tp's are missing..put them in manual with proper settings.

No idea how to do that! Never had to do it before...:noidea:


Update I ended changing LNB settings on sat 110 and got PPV"S to work...
