119 problems

My DL would not connect to the 119 sat HD channels. I tried peaking my dish, rescanning all the sats but could never connect to 9431HD and had to use 105 SD. Well finally I went back to bin 116 and am now able to get all of the Echo 119 channels.

Are any coders still working on the DL problems or is DL going the way of all the other receivers that never got support after the sales slowed down. There is an obvious need for a new Bin 120 with fixes. I hope we get one but I think the support is finished.

It was already with 106 as I had 119 loaded. 119 does not have the micro freezes that 116 has. But on the other hand I get all the channels that you dont get with bin119. Its a trade off which I may not like and eventually go back to bin119 but at least I wont blame my dish or settings. Well, who knows, maybe we will see a bin120, but I'm not holding my breath.

I have seen this before with the VS900HD and more recently the Limesat which were not supported when the sales dropped.

actually still people selling limesat, not sure if it is just old stock or not but their support dropped when DN started banging on the door

now as for the DL, not sure if this is possible or not but if so make a channel list using the 116 file and then go back to 119 file and instead of scanning sats just load the channel list

Well , LOL it worked. Weird, at least as far as I only checked a few of the 119/HD channels that I didnt get previously. Oh well..........Thanks
