Many mornings I wake up to find my STB turned and on a channel. I know I shut it off at night before going to bed, but wake to it turned on. Does anyone know why that is?

Depending on your gender, your mate may have left it on a porn channel and trying to tell you something. jk

You may have inadvertently setup for a daily recording or reminder which will turn on the box and tune to the channel but will not shut the box off when it's done.Check your usb for a recording.
An easy check.. with the Epg open.. hit the yellow button.
Choose option 3 and 4 and delete anything you see.

I have tried the settings and reminder lists and hit clear all just in case. I will give it a full week and let everyone know what happens.

I wish - lol... I'm the gender most likely to leave on a porn channel. By mistake of course. Actually, the porn channels kind of suck ... No pun intended.
