Did you get it worked out yet ?
I'm confused about what you have going on ???
First... Svlan refers to the files loaded to the SV for using the Wizhub dongle. Svlan is not a box or a dongle but is a file.
Next.. are you trying to connect with the Emulator or a dongle ?
Clarify and I'll try to help you make a connection if you still need it.

to calarify i am not using emulation
Ok it seems i am tryin to input private server in the sonicview,
but even tho the svlan dongle is attached to sonicview,
And the svlan has not initialized to display settings on the sonicview i need to access in order to input private$
This leads me to believe the svlan dongle is not functioning
is there anyway to fix this dongle?
Unless there is a certain order to load bins
the lights do work on the svlan at the back

Okay,
If the Dongle (Wizhub) is not seen on the network or by the box "Network settings" will not show in the menu.
Did you see the "Adapter Connected" message at start up ? I doubt it.
See this : http://www.satfix.net/showthread.php?119735-Easy-I-hub-upgrade-and-V82-fix
Plug straight into your computer lan port and bypass the network for now.
Let us know what you learn.

If both lights are not working more than likely the hub is now junk. The green light is power and the amber light blinks showing it's transmitting info.

He stated that both lights are working.... (??)
The lights actually indicate a standard 10/100 mb data connection.
The steady green is the 100 mb connection and the flashing amber is the 10 mb connection.
The green actually flashes too but it's so fast it appears (and is) a steady green light.
