Hello

I am setting up my new 1000.2 dish with DPP LNBs directly to my jynxbox v2 via port 1 (no external disc/switch).

I have an old nfusion box powered up and connected to port 2 to supply additional power.

I can lock onto 119 just fine s/q ~85%.

But the other birsds have bad s/q

In Cali.

I think it might be a power issue to the LNB's, but unsure.

I read in other threads a second stb would resolve that.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Perhaps your diseqc 1 settings are not set correctly in the menu. Use port 1 for 119, port 2 for 110, and port 3 for 129. Is your dish aligned and skewed properly for your location? Scan each sat 1 at a time.

I got 129 with 73 s/q to work by changing the tp freq. but i still cant get 110. I went through all the tp freq and non gave me a good signal.

If i can lock on 119 and 129, is it still a dish alignment issue?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Port 1 is the only port that powers the lnb. Hook nFusion to port 1 of lnb and jynx to port 2. If your skew is correct, you should get all 3 birds.

I don't know if it will work with the NF on port 1 or not but it will work with an old DN receiver on port 1.

Would you recommed a inline power inserter? Is that bad for the jynx? Does anyone have this setup?

the jynx don't like the power inserter on the same line, if you are going to use a power inserter put it on port 1 and the jynx on
port 2 of the LNB.
