noi wont open for some reason

I am trying to open noi but for some reason it wont open. I downloaded it and when I try to open with WinRAR it doesn't want to . the little tv wont come up on the screen ---do I have to have the receiver hooked up to get it to open thanks for the replies

Reboot your computer or control + alt + del and delete NOI

I tried doin what u said there glatt that doesn't seem to work neither. what it seems to be doing is it wont runwhen I click on it. I have a feeling it has something to do with the computer, I just got it and im not to familiar with it .

yup ok thanks sam I got the t.v. on now, but by the looks of it im going to need a new server--its saying it cannot connect to it. I have an old one tat im using and didn't knowif it would work thans again
