channel scanning

I decided to rescan my channels cause of some moved channels. Ive scanned 110 with no probs. But 119 and 129 are not scanning. In my dish setting i got a q of 95 but on 119 and 129 its not showing a q signal. I no that 119 and 129 both have a good signal also tho cause i was watching them this morning. But since its showing a 0 on my q neither sat is picking up channels. I no all my settings are righf as far as ocs-dp and port settings. Any help? Thanks
