Is it normal for system to say update system, running newcamd.

Hi, I keep getting the same message. I loaded all the files & loaded the sat's but all I get is 101 & 102. Should we be putting a space between the #'s in the Des key or : like it was with Noi ??? Any help would be welcome. DHScooter

I was told to put a space never tried it with none,mine is down right now.If you would PM me if you ever figure anything out i will do the same.
