won't scan HD channels

i been having trouble trying to get HD channels i can't scan i check two different satellites and box won't detect 129 signal..i have all configurations correct. some of the sd channels get signal but no pictue …any ideas?

More info, I'm assuming you running 3 lnb. What signal strength you getting, what u connected to?

yes I'm running 110 119 and 129 using a 1000.2 dish satellite.. i use to get good quality right now 42 signal and 43 quality..if i switch to tp 12516 i get 82 and 79 signal quality..i try a different box and all lnbs work perfect

I was having this issue, couldn't for the life of me tune into 129, and was only getting SD on 110 and 119. I had purchased 2 boxes. I swapped the JB200 unit to the one box I had set up, and then I could get the HD channels.

Turned out to be faulty JB200. I think in one of the threads I created about this, someone had mentioned that 42-43 on the Q is kind of a default faulty JB200 indicator.

Try that maybe - make sure it's seated properly, or it could be a bad JB200.

yes I'm thinking the same thing actually i follow your thread I'm going try re set the jb200 hope works.if is faulty i don't know what kind warranty has i buy box with jb200 install like 6 months ago

the jynxbox don't have enough power to power up the LNB, you need to add a power inserter or an old DN receiver hooked up
to the first port of the LNB, without it you will burn out the JB200 module.

that i learned the hard way until i switched my dish and used standard lnb. i blew through 2 jb200.

i got 2 hd DN recivers hook up to that sat i don't know if that would help?so it matter with port is jynxbox connected to.. i been doing this for while but never mess with a jynxbox..i just order another jb200 i want be sure I'm good don't want fry another one lol:no:

you need 1 of your DN receivers hooked up to the first port of the LNBs & the jynxbox on 2 or 3.
