TP-LINK 703N router Ver 1.6 ?

I have a TP-LINK 703N router Ver 1.6 running OpenWRT ,I can log in to it with putty - telnet and also SSH, I can also log in to it with winscp and have access to all its files
Now here is the problem,I can NOT log on to openwrt with any browser ,I have done the failsafe reset thing over and over at least 30 times and all is still the same
Is there something i can insert in one of the router files using winscp that may fix this problem?

Well, my first guess would be the network configuration settings, but I'm not very good yet with those TP devices and only logged in with browsers. The openwrt forum might be better place to ask.
