How to fix channel guide

Guide for 118 channels are not populating correctly. The channel names are wrong. How to fix this, do I need factory reset, where can find the new files. I have view sat ultra and max HD. Thanks

I think that issue is due to the BIN programming itself and you know that VS doesn't have support any more. You could try to edit your channel list with Channel Master and fix those wrong channel names.
