Was anybody able to move a motorized dish with jynx with dvbs2 board ?

any reciever that won't move a dish is not worth owning.

That is the trend on today stb market, manufactured for one purpose only: hack providers.
From time to time jynx will move the dish but gets very hot from jb200 & dvbs2 boards then no more movement !
At least, it can see all the sats in the arch, as for dlhd witch misses a lot of them if it is not one from providers !

yep, i use my jynxbox with my motorized dish 500, i get channels from sats 72.7W to 129W no problem

make sure your dish is aligned properly mine wasnt before and i had problems getting the sats, does your motor have USALS? if it does, use that instead of manually looking each sat with Diseqc 1.2 option, it takes more time and its harder, USALS does all of this automatically, just need to know your longitude and latitude, and it should work, but like i said before your dish needs to be aligned with the arc otherwise it will not work

If the receiver is still rated to 500 mA max on the LNB input then it shouldn't have a problem.

However with the aftermarket add on board it may change that.

I would use the good RG-6 quad coax with the pure copper center conductor out to the motor, this type of coax has less DC voltage drop then the cheaper stuff.

Then it should be just the motor then the one LNB, and if you have a combo circular/linear LNB (like the Invacom) a switch after the motor would be needed.

The more stuff you add to the system the greater the DC voltage drop, the greater the voltage drop the more DC current is going to be drawn, this will overheat the receivers power supply, and in the long run could damage it.

Also running the motor with the maximum sized dish it can handle can cause it to draw more DC current then normal.

What motor do you have and what size dish is on it?
Also is there only the one LNB?

All other boxes have no problem moving this 36", but jynx & dl., so everything is aligned ! I guess is a power problem with this box..
What lnb type did you set it up to ? where did you connect the cable: jb200 or dvbs2 input ?
everything is into a 4x1.

36", sg2100b, invacom, ecoda, rg11 coax going into 4x1, stb.

You going from the receiver directly to the motor first, then the switch right?

Good choice on the RG-11, how long a run is it to the motor?

rg11 for 104' going from motor to a 4x1 and then jynx. tried jb200 & dvbs2 port, but no luck.

Don't go through the 4x1 go directly to the motor from the receiver, anything in-line before the motor will cause a voltage drop.

It should go.........Jynx box.......(ground block*)...........Motor.............Switch........ ........LNB(s)

*Ground block will not add to the voltage drop.

and then ? jb200 or dvbs2 ?

Thats inside the Jynx box right.

After motor, cable Goes to receiver port on switch then port 1 for 11250 and port 2 for 10750 is what I use with 33" dish and Sv 360P ..Lol

Depends on which sats you are pointed at, and what encryption is used. the jb-200 is used for dn, bev sats and some fta. The dvb-s2 module used on sats using dvbs2 such as 125w, 50w, some on 58w etc. check lyngsat for each particular sat for encryption.
