Looking to find out if anyone has great reviews about this box vs the dreamlink?

ya save your money it aint worth the money to many issues to list and support as always sucks with ilink here today next model tomorrow and your left with a box with issues and out $180 or more

Bought one with the LS500... Wouldn't scan in hd channels... Bought an LS400 module, still doesn't recognize hd channels... Been searching for info on enabling turbo or editing TPs for turbo but so far nothing... Decided to get my Viewsat Max HD going, it allows you to edit the TPs to enable Turbo mode... Sweet... Only downside is that the computer has to be running... But until I figure out the 9800 it's the main unit... Program guide doesn't load as much data and the overall look isn't as nice as the Max... If you can find a used Max somewhere you'll be quite happy... But, maybe a new bin will come out for the 9800 to address some issues...

Scanned in Nimiq 4 as Nimiq 5 and hd channels scanned in... turbo 8psk must be configured on N5 but not N4? (thanks to mark64 for this suggestion)

If you had so many problems with it, why didn't you send it back to the dealer? You can talk about your experience with the box but don't promote any other here, please. It's totally off topic.
