hi colleagues i need a help my LinkBox Local hd I put a local or terrestrial antenna and when I scan down any local channel that could be or what's going on when I connect the lateen yard buy my tv works fine but when connected to the receiver and not scanning low anything just says fail

Try a Blind Scan and not normal scan and see what happens. If you got a signal it will scan and pick up channels. My scans great and all channels are there. Make sure you have it connected to the right input on back of FTA.

as I can give you a blind scan to my receiver with an antenna or local terretrial, because terrestrial satellite options I do not see that option blind scan, and I'm also putting my local antenna connector in the correct position

Ok, I see what you are talking about. I don't see blind scan for terrestrial either just for sats. Shoot, so not sure why you can't get locals mine just pops them right in. Takes about 5 minutes to scan and I can see them popping up as they are found. Maybe try a manual scan it just take awhile or just highlite each and see if you get a signal on any of them. I get a signal of a few and I see like 68 channels. Keep at it I know this box takes so tinkering. Just thought of another thing to try. Do a hard reboot with on and off switch on back of box and then try another scan.

Thanks friend for all the information provided, I did everything you said but nothing not if my localities or country where I am, I'm from rep. Dominican do not know if that's why, this works for me RECEIVER fine, I only need to have local channels in my country. thanks for the info

Keep at it bud it should work. I seen on other sites where in Spanish section where they are like you are using this box for there locals. Maybe read there I have to translate to understand what they are saying LOL. Good Luck
