If you already have a prepaid visa, hopefully activated with a false name, you should be able to purchase directly from the NFPS web site. You'll have to use their payment gateways, which can be a challenge at times. but it will probably be safer than using a reseller. No disrepect to kiiji but resellers have been know to "go bad". Some have also given up buyer information when caught or pressured by Charlie.

Please do not trust re-sellers in Kijiji by using Paypal. They frauded me, sent money but nothing in return. Paypal can not do anything about it and at the end you lost yr money. Please be awared!!!

Do some reading.
Paypal is not recommended at all let alone using Kijiji or Ebay for services.
