Looking to Make a Channel List

Might be a dumb question here but, is there a program out there where I can somehow download the current channels onto my computer and edit them here then upload it to the receiver rather than manually type the channels thru the receiver since I think it would be quicker.

The short answer to that is no. There were so many channel editors in the past but they had so many bugs because every stb is different in handling channels.
The time it took to fix the errors it would be easier and faster to just scan , rename and delete the channels you don't want.
