sound, no video

i had to reboot my box this morning and now i get sound but no video. I can press menu and see everything, but only audio coming thru when i go back to watch tv. i'm using hdmi but have also tried the composite (sound + video, not rgb) and get the same results. also tried changing the resolution with no luck. any ideas. thanks in advance:grr:

the off/on switch on the back of the jynxbox does not kill all the power to the receiver, you need to unplug the power from the wall
to do a true hard boot.

Turn power off from back then unplug then power button at back turn it on wait for few second then turn it off, plug again and turn on power switch.
