A/V Settings

Hi,
I'm trying to change display format in A/V setting but it doesn't make any different. No matter what I'm choosing 16:9 or 4:3 I'm getting the same format with black spaces on top and on the button of screen. It's only for SD channels. Any help?

I'm using home theater and I don't understand why it doesn't changed anything when I'm switching from 4:3 to 16:9 From whole screen to letter box.

It has settings but it didn't do what I need. Almost all sd channels are using 4:3 letter box format. That's what I want. Because if you not use natural format picture looks ugly. I want just natural 4:3 format. And I'm very surprised this box doesn't do that.

Yes those AV settings change nothing on my screen too.
