May I ask if I need to buy new keys, who should I contact or how it works now please suggest? I just got fraud from someone in Toronto for the service so I don't trust anyone else beside in here. Thank you for your time.

Oh he said there is a service on private server and tell me exactly what they offer then asked me to send the payment in Paypal. Once the payment is sent, they sent a weird code that does not work at all and I tried to contact that seller, dont get any reply anymore. Already 1 week

if I were you I would put dispute in PayPal as he didn't give you the service

Best way, in fact most likely the only safe way, to get new keys or donation is via the nfps website direct. If you use any person or method involving paypal, its almost the same as sending a note to Dish telling them that you are stealing their service! Telling Paypal you didn't get the service is just asking them to report you to Dish!!!

There are a bunch of so called private iks services available in the GTA. After your post, I wonder if any of them are real. It takes a good deal of money and expertise to run a service. And to sell a service like that for 80 or 90 dollars per year, you would have to be pretty big, that is, have at least 500 customers (or more).... The RCMP would probably know about an operation like that by now.

I don't want to hijack this thread but I tried to set up an account with paypal.ca (Canadian version) with a gift card and couldn't activate the account(it would not accept any transactions). can you PM Me with more info. Thanks.
