I have the r25 bin on my nfhd and I do not for some reason get all the channels after I do a scan. I have no clue how to install new transponders or any of that to get the channels up to date. for instance on the HD I miss espn and nfl network among others. Any help would be grateful. I am not very good at doing other than scanning normal like I always have. I do have teamviewer installed so can take directions that way as well.

Just edit the transponders that show 0 channels!
Change 20000 to 21500 and DVB to 8psk 2/3
save and then scan that transponder!

not to sound ungrateful but how do you suppose I do that if I have no clue what I am doing? all I know how to do is hit the red button that says scan satellite. please be a bit more detailed. maybe step by step and where do I do this?

I agree, uncalled for, but lets not make a big deal about it, I roll with the punches, people call me fat, I call them ugly, I can diet.......If I want to.........But cookies and scotch are too good a thing to pass up.
And sorry I can't help you out with your receiver problems as I don't have your brand, nor use IKS of any kind, I'm a true FTA guy.
On most receiver that I have seen you have a menu with a transponder list by satellite, you can use the remote to add, edit or delete a transponder associated with that satellite
