Web of dog paws peeling skin.

I have just noticed that my dogs paws the skin is peeled off. It started off with one paw and see it on the second front paw too. Please help.

Not sure if there are any vets here as members but that's who you should be talking to in my opinion.;)

I agree with Anubis... if it gets too serious take your pet to the vet... could be a fungus or an allergy... one of my dogs chews on her feet a lot.... I am told this is because an allergic reaction makes them itchy... also could be to much walking/running on pavement...I read some info here... community.dog.com/forums/p/11265/144218.aspx

If the back paws are also peeling then he/she could have burnt them on hot pavement or sand.

If just the fronts then he/she could have dug into something like lawn fertilizer or some type of underground fungus or some type of insect and you should take him/her to the vet.

Dogs feet will peel from distemper. Should see a vet. But also if you wife used too much bleach when cleaning floor it will make them peel.
