I've been down for two weeks. Obviously something I'm doing since I have had no channels. Donaton ok. Tried all domain names, IP address. Rebooted. I've pinged, panged and ponged!!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of receiver would be a start.
Rocket is working very well as of late (I have one of the worst receivers Nanosat Premium)

Its working great for me.
Wish I could help cause I went through hell at the beginning.
Hope your running only one sub on it cause thats one freeze right there.
I got 110 and 119 with practically no freeze.
Did you try the function 1 reboot (not the same as hard reboot, don't ask why cause I don't know).
Are you on wifi?

Sorry, not familiar with the term "sub". Also this is the first I've heard of a function 1 reboot. This is the first I've had any problems so troubleshooting is a new journey for me. I am directly hard wired.

Did you try the f1 reboot some times thats what it needs.
Reboot and then make sure you are connected (ip).

I think I know if I'm connected but fire away if you have a proper way to indicate....I will reboot...I've also changed to 1.rocketserver.tv
