Need help please!

Hello,

I receive a signal from transponder 7 using a Limesat Air, but I cannot scan the channels in that transponder...what should I do to receive them?

119w, 1231148 R SR: 21500 2/3 FEC 8PSK is the setting....but I cannot download anything....

I have a Limesat Air and Ilink receiver....but I do not get the channels even if I scan manually having 21500....what thing should I do to download them?

Do u get signal or quality on that TP? if no quality no channels.
try to edit the tp to get quality ,check with lyngsat for up to date info on that tp.

Thank you for replying mosmansayednna. I do receive both Signal and Quality in that transponder. I do use Lyngsat for this scanning and have done it manually (I read in other posts they did that)...but no results... Do you download the channels available? which is the receiver you are using?

well why do you have 7 digits in transponder frequency. the real frequency is 12311

Thank you Nostradamus for your reply, but it was a misspell I did (can't believe I did not notice what I wrote)....the real transponder is really 12311....so I have set it with SR 21500, 2/3 fec 8psk.....done it manually and through blindscan....using a limesat air and a Ilink 9500 (signal and quality levels are above 85%)

Has somebody ever downloaded the channels in this transponder? What else should I do?
