bought from dealer in florida paid 350 for jynxbox hd . did not know what to google. did not come with manual . in the 350 he told me it was 40 for one yr of service. how bad did I get screwed.. please help with instruction manual please..thanks....

That is the price of 2 units ... Yes you are screwed .
Check your network setting to see if the crook set it up to connect to server or did he give you info on paper for network settings.
