help for ikspr v 5.0.4 and channel setup

I updated my solaris receiver to the ikspr504, it was on boris before. The menus come up fine, I can see the satellites but when i try to do a blind scan (from the Antenna setup) the box doesnt download any channels. If I go into the Channel Setup, I select the satellite from the menu and then when I click enter on CH Search, the box doesn't do anything at all. If I go into the individual TP's and press enter, it goes into scanning but doesnt download anything.
I have checked the Port number, turned ON 22khz, diseqc 1.2 and LNB power and there are green bars giving good signal and quality.

The software installed is R3X v1.26 iksprtv v5.0.4. The factory file used is U17.

when I select the sat that I want to scan I just goto scan
110 I select tp 11250 for 119 I goto tp 11253
as long as the bars are green for the sats selected it works fine.
by the way is bin 5.0.4 a paid bin or is it for any ps.
