You connect a diplexer to the coax going to the receiver right after the DPP44 switch, the SAT side goes to the switch, the ANT side goes to the TV antenna.

At the receiver you use another diplexer, this splits the signals back out, sat side goes to the satellite receiver, ANT side goes to the ANT input on the TV or TV ANT on the satellite receiver, it could also be marked ATSC input.

If you want the TV signals at all TV's then you will have to replace the DPP44 switch with a 5x4 switch, but it has to be a Dish compatible switch, or you would have to replace all your LNB's with standard type LNB's, then the 5x4 switch has a terrestrial antenna input, you then put a diplexer at all the TV's where you want the TV signals at.

You cant put a diplexer in front of the DP44 it does not have the lower frequency bandwidth to pass the TV signals, the DPP44 switch runs from 900 MHz to 2500 MHz, TV signals are from 55MHz to 890 MHz.

To put the TV signals on all coaxes going to the TV sets you would have to replace the DPP44 switch with a 5 x 4 switch, and it has to be Dish LNB compatible or you would have to replace all the LNB's also.
