boot check h/w vs maxhd lost S and Q

I unplugged and plugged back in my 8psk in my maxhd receiver plugged it back in and hooked cables back up now i have no S or Q wen i turned on the receiver it says boot,int, check h/w the stays on NOCH i downloaded new firmware from viewsat and loaded it but still no S or Q

I have a Coolsat 5000 on the same Dish it is working fine any help would be greatly apprechiated
