Scrolling down In the Forum Area

It takes awhile to scroll down in the Forum Area and I have to keep clicking on the mouse and it seems to take forever. This happens when I used IE 10, Mozilla Firefox 21 and Safari browsers.

That is a function controlled by the mouseware software loaded on your pc - go into control panel, mouse, settings and start with adjusting sensitivity.

Just to ad here, If using a cordless mouse I suggest checking the batteries.
