I bought this ilink9800hd. I put the July update. I have problem with channels. I scan 110 and read 38 channels. And the 119 read 158. I have before a captive 800s and see that it have legacy sw in the antenna installation menu. I have two plates with one lbn each one with a switch21.

I put the April update and when I tried to go to select antenna the box reads s-f. Help me man

Who sold you the box, and where are you located? Does it says Ilink 9800 plus? Need to find out if it has a hd module on. If in the Carribean and the the box is a plus,l make sure it looks like a Linkbox, then only then load this to the box..

Who sold you the box, and where are you located? Does it says Ilink 9800 plus? Need to find out if it has a hd module on. If in the Carribean and the the box is a plus,l make sure it looks like a Linkbox, then only then load this to the box..

I bought it from allstarwholesales.com. I read in the box Ilink 9800 HD SE (Special Edition). IT comes with LS500 module to be install. I don't do the install of the module. I don't know how to do.Im in the carribean (Puerto Rico).

No the same pic. I read to convert it to a linkbox 8000hd.
