I can tell you that nanosat and iks = more freezing. I didn't believe it myself until I got another stb and freezing reduced by over 50 % instantly.

I think you would be wasting your time and money. Both my reserves are freezing ( NANO premium se +Limesta air V2 ) on port 10610 IP # 103.31.187.117. With a Sig of 96- 100 and Quality of 98-100. I can't get on there domain name of 3.nfpssever.tv for over two months now. When it is supposed to be more stable then there IP. The bad Freezing has been for the last five day. So bad I have just stop trying it watch It. It Just get me mad and I don't like being pissed off at anything. I guess we got what we paid for. For the last few years nfps had been stable a good investment for my time. I wish I had some extra Money so I could dump nfps like they dump my other port. But I am stuck with them till Dec. or till they change there name and purge the rest of us. All this started right after there purge of the innocent people who invested in their service through there reseller. ( No fault of there own but we were all dumped.) This is my personal belief. I think it is their business plan. Once there servers got full was to give out a couple of escape goats to blame it all on ( Its not our fault that we aloud these thieves to steal of us ) I know the way they made me pay I could not have stole from them. So how could these two do it with out being in their employment. I watch how people write and I think that Nokia new job is to be one of new pitbulls on the Zata site. I think he is ( nobody ). The lies and there trying to make misdirection on Zata is as bad as there new service is ( worthless). So I stopped going there. I come here to get real information and to see if other's like me are having trouble. Only one post on Freezing is aloud? ( are we running out of paper here ) do we have to conserve are time here now. Or can we talk to each other and exchange are information and maybe unwind a little? Because there is nothing we can do to ( Fix ) it are self. The Freezing is not on are end.

I too see that any negative posts are deleted fast, guess the purpose here is to sell and more sales to move out so

Nano 2 the freezing has been mostly bad for weeks. Most days can't watch for the freezing/scramble I wonder if there is a freezing problem with all IKS. Signal is strong,. Other years service has been great very little freezing wondering what the difference is.

So you report freezing....... Do some reading * note more than one file out * note other file may work better on your receiver. Issue fixed except for micro freeze that is better than freeze every 10 min. Follow directions to insure works proper.

I bought a sonic view 360 premium put my codes in freeze free for over a week,,, other than thurs when server went down my premium se is in next room can here it freezing up,. so in my case im convinced its the receivers

A few weeks ago NFPS seemed to have changed something on their end causing freezing on alot of the the Nanosat receivers. What you can try is to change back to an older file (1.04, 1.05....ect) These older files seem to help alot with the freezing issue.

Sheryl I have no dog in the fight but bitching about the service is one thing. You can’t blame them for shutting down codes that were stolen and their not getting paid for. That’s a little unfair on your part

No one is trying to censer anyone here about freezing or anything else to do with IKS. And we appreciate your participation but it gets a little monotonies after a while when new people don’t familiarize themselves with the site and rules. Please, take some time and look the whole site over. It will enhance your enjoyment here at satfix exponentially.

I had freezing issues and read the post to change the file...... I gave it a try and all is great, just passing the info on.

The issue is the receiver and file..... My son has a sonic view with no issues.

We are talking about older files, I believe the 1.05 file (shows as 1.06 on the receiver) is still posted here in the Prem. file section. You have to use it only on server-1 and all other servers must be blank.

Ok cool. Yeah I have 1.05 loaded. Just some freezing here and there. Overall it's working we'll can't complain thanks!

The way I understand the problem; you are ALL correct.. The problem is that the NFPS Server configuration is NOT compatible with the NANO/Next STBs..
If the Server Guys make the change, which will cause the Nanos (e.t.all) to work, NOTHING ELSE will work..

It's a business decision..

There are differences TOO great to make ALL parties happy... For about a month we were moving ALL the NOI folks to one port that was optimized for NOI users.. AT that time, the server guys said that it can ONLY be one way OR the other.. NOT BOTH........
