closed caption quality?

I am interested buying linkbox and I am hearing impaired and I like to know how is quality of closed caption (CC)?

Anyone can test for me and any missing letter? I don't want waste my money because I have Nano 2 SE and they lot missing letter.

I know a friend called up linkbox to question about cc support and they told him to get a 8000hd for that was the only one that had cc yet
