no signal on HD

Hey guys, I finally got everything working. I have sat 110 and 119. My problem is that when I turn my jynbox to channel 4921 or 4922 showtime HD, I get signal loss and I have turn off the receiver from the back switch again to get it to work. I already tried switching to 237, 216,217,239,233. Is there anything i can do to fix this issue? standard work flawlessly, its just HD.btw the Hd channels do work for about a minute or two and then is signal loss.

Sounds like a power issue and the diseqc switching is failing. Or could be jb200 issue. You need to specify more info such as dish, lnbs, and switches used and your menu setup for these sats, otherwise we can just speculate.

You might have a defective tuner..if you can try to replace it..but first open up the receiver and make sure your jb200 is in pressed all the way in...

Thank you for the replies guys, I don't know what happened but I just noticed that the Jynbox is stuck on version 2.33. It acts like it updates, shuts down and everything but when i go to system information it says V1.2.33..

Try eliminating your old bin files from any memory device you have, re-download new 237 bin and extract onto memory device. Try and reload 237 to receiver, make sure you do factory default and re-boot before and after. Still need your info on hardware you are using, as well as setup info in menu.

bkr Thank you for the suggestion, I was unable to switch the firmware. I went ahead and order a RS-232 cable am going to try it to flash that way.I also order a better Diseq i got one of those EMP , hoping that fix my HD problem. We should see in the next couple of days.
