Green light

I have the Dreamlink SD older receiver and having problems. I tried to restall the factory, tried to connect with a sereal cable and loader.
will not conect. the receiver will not come on, when I hit the switch to on from back a flickering green light from the front comes on and than out, cannot get a conection long to stay on.I called company no response, I need help

Did you let it cool down for awhile? If you have a usb stick load the file on it, maybe you have a corrupt file.

How do you do system restore on a Dreamlink

Okey I have a null cable need some instructions on how to load factory settings, if I can get the reciver to stay on
like I said before Green light comes on and out, How can I fix this Dreamlink SD rec.
