Hello all,

Just picked up my dl hd from fleabay, came last night and tried to set it up. I previously had a nano se and switched the satellite cable hdmi and Ethernet over to the new box... However with or without the satellite cable the signal and quality jump from 20 - 21 percent , no higher or lower. I installed the factory and bin settings as per the instructions , haven't installed the 8psk yet but at this time I'm only trying to get as channels 110/119. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I believe I was running my nano sat on disecq, I didn't change the switch when I got the dream link but I believe the switches are identical .

So I did some research, looks like my DLHD V3 has no module what-so-ever... no green board or anything...is that normal?

I kept getting 20% on my signals and I believe that's why.

sound like your sat setting are configured wrong.....make sure your set up for dish pro and u have the 110 and 119 set to the proper port.....8psk module is not needed until u change your antenna... if u can post pic of your sat setting will be more help full....check your setting good luck

Thanks fta! Where the fta module would go is completely empty... I will try playing with the settings again while I wait for the module to come .

It should have come with the SD module. AFAIK it will not get any channels without at least either the standard def module or the 8psk one.
