I don't use Rocket, but are you sure it is down? Like you said, many ppl would be talking if it was down. The fact that nobody thus far is talking usually means it isn't down and is on your end. Of course, if the server just went down, then maybe ppl don't know yet.

Having said all that, check your connections. Modem/router/receiver, make sure everything is reading ok, if not reboot everything in that order and give it about 10 secs to sync

When is your expiry date, maybe you are expired?
