need help with ultimateiks

Im not able to connect to the server using IP or domain.......everytime I turn on my box I have to restart my modem and router couple of time

any solution to get out of this problem.....my box is hooked to my router and I make it priority first but still not able to connect to the server

Maybe your service providers servers are down.
Confirm you have signal and internet is working fine.

I confirmed it already server is up and my all other P$ are working fine
