110 119 not listed in satellite settings menu

OK im trying to setup my DREAMLINK V4 BUT HERE THE ISSUE when i go to dish settings...theirs no 110 or 119 sat listed in the menu......i flash the box with DL_HDpvr_factory_106 and DL_HDpvr_119 bin. any ideas.
