Clone and new Jb200

I don't know if this has been previously discuss, but just found out this morning my box is a clone. I bought a new JB200 since it seems like the one I have was defective. i installed the Jb200 and turn on the box, it locked the box with a message that says this is a clone box.Now, can't flash with with the serial cable or change firmware through usb, i contacted the seller, we will see what happens.So i guess what i am trying to say, if you know you have a clone box, you might not want to get that second tunner.

Recove52 when I try the loader gives me error message, that says it cant connect to the receiver.

are you using a straight thru cable?

Once again I will post this...
In order to load factory file you need to go into menu and select "all flash" option.

A bit of reading goes a long way.

Anubis, the receiver is disable, the screen says this box is a clone. there are no menu options. The little lcd of the receiver says strt. When i try the loader, the pc cant see it. its like the new Jb200 disable the receiver.
