No HD channels

My JynxBox is a "clone" but it does scan "Satellite 129", but I don't get image or sound from it.

The box currently has "JX_NA_Firmware_v239_dual" and my coaxial cable is less than 50 feets.

Can anyone help, why I am not getting any image or sound from the HD channels?

perhaps the server you are connected to is having problems with those channels. just a thought

Doubtful I have 2 different Private Servers available and it's the same result in both :noidea:

did it ever work? what channels can't you get and what private servers are you using. You need to supply more info before any one could begin to help you

Servers: Rocket and Activa
Channels: Can't see Any HD

And no I was never ever to see them, and on a side note, on Sat 110, the HD channel will only be viewable for a few second and then they freeze~

don't know anything about activa but rocket is having all kinds of issues

you can see the channels when its scanning? Have you tried to press the SAT button and chosen all sats? NFPS and Rocket are having crazy issues now as was said before. I am using that service also, but have a few channels popping up on 129. Just a few thoughts.
