Got home from holidays,
receiver working great, cant get 110
put up a new lnb, now every sat I try to bring in reads 110.
The diseqc is probably gone correct??

And you did check all the settings for all the satellites right?
And you did power down the receiver with the switch in back right?
What type/brand/maker are the LNB's, and switch?

if you've got 110w on port 1, then yes.

Pretty sure it is the switch.
Are there any that don't die so fast only had these a year or is that the average life?

I have switches 10+ years old and still working, there are some very cheap Chinese switches that will burn up at the drop of a hat, EMP and Spaun and the DP line from Dish are some of the best, all depends on what your LNB setup is.
And since your using DTV LNB's make sure that the switch is DTV compatible.
