Is there a way to fix the aspect ratio in the DreamLink HD? When watching SD channels it is stretched out no matter what is chosen (16:9 full/black pillar or 4:3 pan scan/letterbox). The TV is set fine. I-Link 9600 shows it properly.

It does appear to be somewhat of a bug I hqve found that adjusting your tv setting s does have an affect though

I did play with the TV setting and it does make it 4:3 BUT it cuts off the picture from the sides. Not really the solution.

No, when I say cuts off it's because it's missing some of the picture. Take a 4:3 image, stretch it wide to fit 16:9, then cut (not shrink)the sides to 4:3. That's what seems to be happening. Say there where text on the whole screen, now it's missing the text at the sides. Understand?

What tv do u have and have u tried going over the manual or call tv vendor and tell them your issue they can help.....also the HD TVs have a factory re-set option u mite what to try that, send back to default setting it mite fix the issue.....also i would recommend first to reflash your dreamlink and see if the issue gets fix....could have corrupted software.

I think it's not a corrupted software. This function doesn't work for me to. I tried everything with no luck. SD picture on Dreamlink just terrible. I asked of couple of people they tell me the same. Probably to fix it we need new bin

i dont think it will do much, when the hd is working just fine.
i would also assume it might be the receiver.
