linkbox HD plus rebooting

i have a new linkbox plus when i press the on or off it always reboot is this normal.

It should not reboot. Have try removing the coax from sat and then try, if it still behaves the same way you could have a faulty flash, motherboard or power supply.

You can try flashing to factory and then flashing the latest bin aggain to see if that helps. Your button could also be sticky meaning pushing it once is like pushing it twice.

It's working great now thanks.did new switch, lnb ,set dish for best Q S rescan and set up wow nice picture.
