The wifi settings on this file are available and working, Original post had suggested they were removed but they have been confirmed as working.

I don't know as I do not have a clone to test it on but jynxbox has already stated all future files will not work on clones so I guess do the math on that one. It doesn't really matter anyway since that is a jynxbox file intended for jynxbox receivers so if you have a clone you might as well try loading the file on a pansat 2500. Different machines require different files

By putting a clone kill in the bin, this is the beginning of the end for Jynx. It links Jynx directly to piracy.

Why would a third party, a true third party, like H card days (when it was the actuall bins that were selling), care if you had a clone or not? This is clearly an attempt to sell only genuine Jynxbox for the exclusive use of piracy. This is one of the factors used when Eko took down the earlier brands of STB's.

Considering piracy of dn is most likely %10-20 of what it was before n3 and all the other ongoing steps they are taking it would be interesting to see if they would even bother pursuing that route again.

yeah I see your point, unless the coders do not like their work being leeched as well. Stranger things have happened in FTA anyway, think we have this hijacked enough yet? ;)

No clone kill reported in this file, only regulars sold are what's left on stock. New Lite box being sold no more original Ultras being manufactured only clones. When you can't fight them you join them and keep making money. Still a very good box. jmo

so if they are not making anymore ultras that would explain the minimal effort they used making this bin file

i doubt we will see another bin file with really needed improvements. they will just rename/stamp one of the previous bins

I'm done supporting jynx media

After 2.42 update I have lost signal on 118.7 completely. Anyone else having this issue?

EDIT
webt back to 2.39 and 118.7 signal still gone. Must be an LNB issue strange how I lost signal as soon as I upgraded to 2.42 though.

Probably cost cutting as this line up probably cost them a lot.

There was an outage the time you were playing with jynxbox. Nothing wrong with firmware. Just a coincidence. Lol.

well if that is it for the ultra files all I can say is it was fun. looks like clones killed another box and support. is it any wonder the files dried up? no wonder new bins ceased to exist, why improve the box if at the same time you are cutting your own throat by improving the competition that is killing the box. now I guess the next box to follow suit will be the dreamlink due to the clone issues they have as well

I believe this box was discontinued months ago.Anyone who bought a jynx clone or real didnt do their homework,if they had they would have known about the software and hardware problems as well as the clone issues. They promised plenty when this box came out and failed to live up to it, we should be happy it almost works normal that applys to the android also.As for the ultra lite....haha screw me twice shame on you.Expect the clone kill in all the lite files.

I loaded the new 242 file in my Jynxbox V2 and it does seem to be working faster when switching channels and seems more stable.

On the previous bin there were a few specific channels that would pixilate and was corrected by a reboot. With 242 these channels no longer has this problem.

Looking at picking up my first FTA a jynxbox, but it seems this box is dying from lack of support.

What do call lack of of support, a new file not released every time someone posts something is not working for them? Most times user error or set up is the culprit.

You need to convert the saved file from the Jynx as it is proprietary to the box.

this file was nothing but a big xxxxx joke
all kinds of hype from previous bin messages things to be fixed and what my box runs 3.2 degrees cooler way to go team jynx and now pixelates on hd channels
not my settings either or end user error just another useless file imho no problem on previous bins

want to add went back to 2nd release of 239 and 2 hrs in and no pixilation on hd channel
