A friend of mine recently lost most of his international channels so he decided to rescan and is not getting signals coming in on most channels. The Arabic package is his concern. Using 30" dish with 118/119 lnb. Frequency of 10750. First question is should 22khz be turned on. Second, did the international channels switch over to mpeg4 cause I heard a rumour of that happening. Could that be the reason majority don't come in. Channel 640 (MBC) is a favourite of his and that is one of the problem channels that show no signal.
