hi my cat got her new t4 and when she hooks it up all there is are red and green flashing lights. no program on it yet. only put the hmdi cable in the back and plugged it into the tv to see the start up menues

just an update,i tried some cappy red white and yellow cables and got a picture. if I put hmdi cable in the lights flash and no picture.gf is at work and is going to pick me up a new cable to try.

have you loaded sw yet? If not load sw and see what happens

yes I loaded sw after I got picture with crappy red ,white and yellow. all is good now ,got new hd cable. nice clear picture.
