Welcome to this week’s Smackdown! Randy Orton makes his way to the ring. Rob Van Dam makes his way to the ring.
Mr. Money in the Bank Randy Orton vs. Rob Van Dam
They lock up, as RVD locks in a Side Headlock. Orton wrestles him to the mat, getting out if the hold. They lock up again, as Orton locks in a Headlock. Orton is thrown against the ropes, as he runs under a Leap Frog. Orton turns around, and eats a Spinning Heel Kick. Orton kicks RVD, taking him down with a Headlock Takeover. RVD elbows out, but is hit in the back with a Dropkick. Pin, but a kick out. Orton is hit with another Spinning Heel Kick. RVD runs to Orton, but is thrown over the top rope. Orton follows him, trying to throw him into the steel steps. Orton gets a face full instead. RVD puts Orton on the barricade, and connects with a Spinning Heel Kick to his spine.

Orton connects with a few Knee Drops to RVD’s neck. Orton then throws Van Dam in the corner for some punches. Orton whips him to the opposite side, but takes an elbow to the face. RVD goes top rope, but is pushed off to the floor, hitting the barricade on the way down. Orton connects with a Back Suplex to RVD onto the barricade. Van Dam is thrown back into the ring, as Orton follows with a pin. Kick out by RVD. Orton locks in a Rear Headlock, as Van Dam struggles. After standing up, RVD throws some fists. A couple Lariats precede a nice Superkick to the face of Randy. RVD connects with a Body Slam to Orton, following with a Split Legged Moonsault. Pin, but a kick out. RVD goes top rope again, connecting with a Somersault Lariat. Pin, but another kick out. Orton is standing in the corner, as RVD goes for a Rolling Thunder Monkey Flip. Orton side steps him, connecting with a signature Backbreaker. Pin, but a kick out. Orton connects with a couple Lariats. RVD goes for one, but is hit with a Scoop Slam. Pin, but a kick out. Orton throws Van Dam to the corner, going for a Rope Hung DDT, but is reversed into a Northern Lights Suplex. Pin, but a kick out by Orton. RVD goes to the apron for a Springboard, but is hit with a Dropkick. Orton picks up the body of Van Dam, connecting with a DDT. Orton calls for an RKO, but is hit with a kick to the face. RVD pins with a Bodyscissors, but a kick out. RVD connects with a step in Spinning Heel Kick. RVD follows with a Rolling Thunder Senton. Pin, but a kick out. RVD goes for a 5 Star Frog Splash, but Orton rolls away. Orton connects with an RKO for the win.

Miz is in the ring, and welcomes us to Miz TV. Miz welcomes AJ Lee and Big E Langston as his guests. Miz asks what the two’s relationship is. AJ says that he is a good friend and a nice guy. Lee says that he is her best friend, as she fist bumps him. Miz gives Langston a thumbs up. Miz says AJ had many “friends” like Cena, Bryan, Punk, Kane and Ziggler. Miz says she is so quick to blame, and perhaps the problem is actually her. Lee says they all deserved it. Lee says she was deceived and left. Lee says she should have her best friend Kaitlyn to turn to, but she left also. AJ says she has something that will never desert her, and that is her Diva’s Championship. Lee says she will never be abandoned by it, unlike Ziggler. This brings Dolph Ziggler out.
Ziggler says this has been the story of his whole life: women can’t get over him. Lee says no one gets over her, saying they had something special. Lee says she is sad that Ziggler will never be able to touch her again. This brings Kaitlyn out.
Kaitlyn says he can’t touch her, but she can. Kaitlyn says Lee cost her and Ziggler their titles. All four of them start getting into an argument. Miz stops it, and makes a Summerslam matchup. In a Mixed Tag Match, Dolph Ziggler and Kaitlyn will face Big E Langston and AJ Lee. Kaitlyn says she can’t wait to slap the crazy off her face. AJ attacks Kaitlyn, as they fight. Langston picks Kaitlyn up, telling her to stop and calm down. Ziggler then goes in for a Zig Zag. After Lee gets up, she takes a Spear from Kaitlyn.

Alberto Del Rio is backstage, complaining to Vickie Guerrero about his upcoming match. Guerrero says she was disrespected by Del Rio, so put him in a match with Christian. Del Rio asks if he gets hurt, and can;t compete at Summerslam. Guerrero says that is a risk she is willing to take.
Fandango makes his way to the ring.

Fandango vs. Kofi Kingston
Kingston locks in a Waist Lock, but is hit with an elbow. Kingston is put in the corner, but kicks out. Kingston runs the ropes, but is taken out with a shoulder from Fandango. They criss cross the ropes, as Kingston runs at Fandango. Kingston is sent to the floor, with his own momentum. Fandango follows, connecting with a Snap Suplex on the floor. Both get back into the ring, as Fandango pins. Kick out. Fandango takes out Kingston with a Back Elbow. Pinning again. Fandango locks in a Headlock, as he throws fists. Fandango goes for a Back Suplex, but it is reversed by Kingston into a Cross Body. Pin, but a kick out. Fandango runs at Kingston in the corner, but Kofi moves. Fandango gets a shoulder into the steel steps. Kingston connects with a Superman Punch and Double Chops. Kingston goes for a Boom Drop, but Fandango rolls to the ring. Kingston connects with a Dropkick through the ropes. Kingston goes to the apron to dive on Fandango, but Summer Rae is in the way. Kofi goes anyway, as she moves. Kingston connects with a Crossbody. Summer fakes an ankle injury, as Fandango comes from behind. Kingston is thrown head first into the ring post. Fandango rolls the motionless body of Kingston into the ring, and connects with a Diving Leg Drop for the win.

Backstage, Renee Young interviews Daniel Bryan. Bryan says he likes the way he looks and decided to give Wade Barrett a makeover instead. Bryan says he won’t change who he is. However, Bryan will change history when he beats John Cena for the WWE Championship.

Daniel Bryan vs. Wade Barrett
They begin to trade fists, as Barrett gets the upperhand. Bryan backflips out of the corner, connecting with a Running Clothesline. Bryan connects with a flurry of kicks, and goes to runs the ropes. Barrett follows close behind, taking him out of the ring with a Clothesline. Barrett slams Daniel into the barricade and the steel steps. Bryan is rolled back into the ring, and pinned. Kick out. Barrett chokes Bryan in the ropes with his knee. Barrett then sits him in the ropes, throwing knees to his face. Bryan is hit with a Big Boot, falling to the apron. Pin, but a kick out. Bryan is put in a Surfboard Stretch. Bryan fights out, but is backed into the corner. Wade runs to him, but is tripped with a Drop Toe Hold. Daniel goes for a Dropkick, but is hit with the Winds of Change. Pin, but a kick out. Barret goes out of the ring to grab the razor. Bryan gets it out of Barrett’s hand, then going to the apron. Barrett is hit with a Busaiku Knee on the floor. Daniel throws Barrett in the ring, following with a Diving Headbutt. Bryan locks in the Yes Lock for the win.
