can i use a nano premium to find 129w sat

i`m trying to set up a dish on 129w to recieve HD content,can a person get quality on on this reciever ,or do you need a hd reciever to get quality. i have nanosat premium, a 30 inch round dish with a eagle aspen DTV32+ lnb. i have dish in line with sat signal finder is peaked out but no quality.I have a nfhd as well i`m trying to get quality on nano before changing over to nfhd as im`m not sure as to set up nfhd . Any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance
