There is a horse racing channel on BEV?????

P$ work a specific way. If there is enough demand for a channel or package, a P$ will get it. However, if only a handful of ppl want a channel like horse racing, chances are no P$ will get it as it doesn't make sense cost wise for the server. Why waste $$$ on a channel nobody watches?

The question should be "how many ppl want the horse racing channel on BEV"
